When starting a non-profit, many founders and early staff focus so much on achieving outcomes and meeting the mission that they do not design programs that are practical, systemic, and sustainable. The result is that they miss opportunities for funding because serious donors and foundations are more likely to contribute to organizations that have sustainable systems that increase the likelihood of success.
This online session will help non-profit leaders think through their program designs to ensure that they are creating systems that will encourage donors and foundations to take them seriously and be more competitive for funding.
This workshop is ideal for non-profit and civic leaders who are creating an organization or in the process of designing a new program. This workshop will also help leaders who want to have a benchmark against which to assess their current programs.
Website link for the session will be emailed to those who are registered 48 hours before the start of the session.
