Participants will learn strategies and tactics that contribute to increasing capital and cashflow and achieving business goals. The session is designed for small businesses and microenterprises that want to increase or stabilize their revenue and control their expenses.
The session will be facilitated by the Executive Director of the Baltimore City Chamber of Commerce, William Honablew, Jr. William is a Maryland business consultant and attorney, who has 20 years of experience working with small to medium size business to reengineer their business processes and grow revenue while positively impacting their stakeholders. He has trained thousands of people throughout the country on various topics, including financial management, strategic planning, marketing, effective communication, advocacy, the legislative process, etc. He has worked with educational, government, non-for – profit, and for-profit organizations to help them move to the next level. In 2017, he mentored and advised more than 300 clients; managed the opening, operations, and special events to launch an entrepreneurship center; and supported clients in obtaining more than $1.1 million in non-debt cash infusion.
