MEET OUR PANELISTS!



Teresa Evans

Teresa Evans is a Listings Account Manager at Nasdaq, Inc., a global financial technology company. In this capacity she crafts strategic communications, with a focus on attracting the largest initial public offerings to the exchange. As a passionate diversity advocate, Teresa is a recognized affinity group leader and change agent. She collaborates with Nasdaq’s employee volunteers and corporate partners to drive DEI initiatives – from concept to activation – both within the organization and broader business community.

 Prior to Nasdaq, Teresa served as a Strategic Projects Manager within the NYC Office of the Mayor, where she developed internal communications and cultural heritage programming. After relocating to Baltimore in 2018, Teresa fell in love with the city, and is currently launching an advisory council with a mission to build collaborative space for minority tech entrepreneurs.

Randy Marsh

Randy Marsh serves as the Vice President of Operations at the Children's Defense Fund. He oversees all business operations including accounting, finance, human resources, IT, facilities, legal and compliance. Randy was named the DC Nonprofit CFO of the Year Rising Star in 2019 and is a SHRM certified Senior HR Professional. Prior to joining CDF, he managed business operations for Horton's Kids, the Melanoma Research Alliance, and ORBmedia. Prior to moving to Washington DC, Randy managed operations for companies in the political, telecommunications, and transportation sectors. 

Randy did undergraduate studies at the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University, graduate studies at the School of Global Affairs and Public Policy at The American University in Cairo, and completed programs in Risk Management and Communication at Kings College in London and Global Human Resource Management at George Mason University. Randy recently completed the Executive MBA program at the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.


Quinn Conyers

Quinn Conyers has over 17 years of in-person and virtual public speaking, event hosting, and professional Emcee experience. She has served as an engaging Event Emcee for organizations such as Nike, TedX, Black Speakers Network, Maryland Public Television Annual Women's Conference, the Better Business Bureau, and the 3-day Angels & Entrepreneurs Retreat to name a few. Quinn's superpower is her E-Factor which includes a beautiful blend of Energy, Engagement, and Excitement resulting in the transformation of an average event into an epic experience.

Quinn is the author of 2 books, made it to the 2nd round of Shark Tank auditions four times, been featured on the Entrepreneurs Elevator Pitch TV show as well Essence, Black Enterprise, Vision and Purpose, and Empowering Women to Speak Out Magazines. Quinn is a proud member of the National Speakers Association (NSA), is a faculty member of the Black Speakers Network (BSN), and sits on the Board of the Global Black Women Chamber of Commerce (GBWCC).
